History

Since 2005, the AA Real Estate Group has become a leading real estate investment company throughout New England, Pennsylvania, Florida, Kentucky and Ohio, with new markets always being researched.  Here are a few of the milestones in AA Real Estate history.

2011

Nick Aalerud completes his 100th real estate transaction.

Short Sale Mitigation’s Blog Website, MassachusettsShortSales.net , becomes the number 1 visited short sale site in Massachusetts.

All the AA Real Estate companies are now collectively known as The AA Real Estate Group.

AA Real Estate Partners completely fills their initial investor subscription amount set in 2010.  New subscription opened for 2012.

Office location is moved to Stoneham, MA.

The AA Angel Foundation is created, managing partner AAwesomeKids.org, and co-founder of the Annual Skydiving for Kids Charity Event.

Nick Aalerud is voted Top 10 Real Estate Professionals in New Hampshire by a local panel.

2010

Short Sale Mitigation is created and an in-house team is put together to negotiate short sales for agents, attorneys & investor, with a focus on performance and communication.

AA Premier Properties opens as the area’s most investor-friendly brokerage.

2009

Rapid Property Relief, a short sale acquisition company, is created to help homeowners stop the foreclosure process.

Nick Aalerud begins educating local investors through speaking engagements at Real Estate Investment Association meetings.

Julia Walsh joins AA Real Estate as the Marketing Director, and later VP of Acquisitions.

2008

Nick Aalerud takes on his first mentorship student, making over $60k on her first deal.

2007

Rehabbing distressed properties becomes the primary focus of the business.

AA Real Estate Partners is born, as the first investor signs on.

2006

Nick Aalerud becomes one of the most active wholesalers in the Greater Boston area.

Nick Aalerud completes his first rehab deal in Somerville, MA.

2005

Nick Aalerud forms AA Real Estate Enterprises, LLC.
