Investor Screening Process

AA Real Estate Partners has strict criteria for potential investors.  We need to be sure that both parties are a good fit as well as meeting the regulatory requirements.

The process begins when the applicant fills out our Accredited Investor Qualification Form.  If a potential private investor does not meet the SEC’s standard for income or assets, he or she could still be eligible if considered a “Sophisticated Investor.”

As the definition of a “Sophisticated Investor” varies, it is up to us to determine if the applicant has the extensive knowledge required to understand the investment opportunity and its inherent risks.
